Stephanie Zhang is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice covers a broad range of capital markets matters including initial public offerings, securities offerings, corporate governance and on-going securities compliance for Hong Kong-listed companies. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked in a Hong Kong-based law firm, where she was involved in handling various corporate matters and contentious, insolvency and commercial litigation proceedings.

Ms. Zhang graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Finance) in 2003.

She is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and New South Wales, Australia and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
