Steven Xu Zhang is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. His practice covers a broad range of transactions including securities offerings, private equity, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Zhang worked for a well-known international law firm, representing clients on securities compliance matters for federal and state regulatory agencies. In 2005, Mr. Zhang served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lewis Bart Stone of the New York State Supreme Court.
Mr. Zhang received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2007, where he was also the editor to the Fordham Law School Intellectual Property Law Journal (IPLJ). He received his M.A. in Political Sociology from Columbia University in 2003 and his B.A. in Economics from Remin University of China in 2000.
Mr. Zhang’s is admitted to the New York State Bar. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
