David Bishop is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong Office. His practice involves a broad range of international real estate and corporate transactions including real estate financing, commercial leasing, private equity, M&A and general corporate matters. Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Bishop worked in Atlanta for the real estate department of another international law firm, where his practice included real estate and corporate matters.

Mr. Bishop received his B.A. from Brigham Young University magan cum laude in 2002, and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. While at Georgetown, Mr. Bishop was an Executive Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law, a clerk at the Office of the Solicitor General, and a teacher for the D.C. Street Law Clinic. Mr. Bishop was also a summer associate at a leading Taiwanese law firm in 2003.

Mr. Bishop is proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and is a member of the Georgia State Bar.
