Eric McCrath is a partner in the firm’s Merger and Acquisitions Group and Private Equity Group.  Eric’s practice is focused on leveraged acquisitions and equity and debt financings.  In addition, Eric has advised on numerous transactions including international mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, strategic investments, fund formation, and general corporate matters. Eric has worked with domestic and foreign companies in a variety of industries including computer software, consumer products, financial institutions, investment management, media, professional services and transportation.

Eric received his B.A. from Swarthmore College and his J.D. from Columbia University Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as Notes Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law.
